About 'Tapas'
Welcome to this transformative classical Hatha Yoga Tantra Programme based on the ancient wisdom of mystical and sacred practices. This particular programme, rooted in traditions followed by sages for centuries, offers a holistic approach to purify and harmonise the body, mind and spirit. Participants will undergo a ‘Pancha Mahabhuta Shuddhi’ method, unique practice for balancing all the 5 Universal elements present in our body.
This timeless and sacred tradition includes specific Asanas (postures), Pranayama, Japa Meditation, Tantra practices, the powerful Shat Kriyas and Fire Rituals (Yajna). Unlock your true potential through the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga Tantra!
About the Programme
This intense practice is a traditional method and is known to be extremely effective if performed in the right conditions, physically and mentally. The participants need to be prepared in their mind to go through this intensive practice under various circumstances. The participants are expected to follow the guidelines and advice given by the Acharya, sometimes de-emphasizing personal urges.
Please find below the general guidelines of the Programme:
- This is an intensive practice and not a retreat! Blended with Fun activities!
- Participants are expected to attend the programme in full. Kindly avoid attending calls or mobile activities during the practice time.
- You will be exploring nearby spiritual places also as a part of this programme.
- The practices will start from 'BrahmaMuhurta' everyday apart from the Day of Arrival.
- Participants are expected to be respectful to their peers, the teachers and local people around.
- Wear comfortable clothes as the weather is expected to be hot.
Accomodation
This campus is situated inside a 500-year-old temple, which has witnessed the divine energy of ancient yoga practices since its beginning. Currently this campus is being used as a school for educational purpose.
- The location is situated in a small town.
- The total area of the premise is around 2.5 acres surrounded by temples.
- The entire campus is widespread with proper ventilated buildings.
- Accommodation will be on shared basis. (There is no private accommodation)
- The place is quite spacious with big rooms and open spaces.
Food
- Satwik, Ayurvedic Vegetarian food will be served.
- All foods are organically procured for cooking.
- Vedic methods are followed for cooking.
- Dishes served will be rich with all necessary nutrients, full of vegetables, grains, lentils/legumes, fruits, dry fruits. These are freshly grown by local farmers and ashram.
- Herbal drinks, milk, ghee (clarified butter), butter, curd and butter milk will be available which are freshly prepared by ashram.
- Special application of herbs will be there to improve your practice and to provide strength.
- Any participants having any particular food preference (allergy) will be taken care by the programme management.
