The teacher training location is just 3.3 miles from Beri, Haryana. Samavaya will provide free transportation to the training site from Indira Gandhi International Airport for students arriving by air and from Rohtak Railway Station for those arriving by train. Please note that students are responsible for arranging their return travel, which can also be coordinated through Samavaya.

Located close to the capital, it preserves the essence of the traditional Indian lifestyle. Surrounded by vast farmlands, Beri is home to many temples and sacred sites, including the revered Bhimeshwari Devi Temple, a significant Shakti Peetha that radiates divine energy. Our founder and lead teacher, Acharya Kamal, will oversee every aspect of the course. As a teacher and mentor, he has profoundly influenced various aspects of his own life and the lives of his students through applying Yogic principles. He is a visionary committed to promoting growth and evolution in diverse fields of yogic practice and philosophy. With an exceptional talent for making ancient understanding accessible and relevant to contemporary students, he is gifted with the ability to create profound connections between traditional wisdom and modern culture.

From a young age, Acharya immersed himself in the rich world of yogic practices, embarking on a transformative journey that was profoundly shaped during his time at Gurukul, the traditional Indian educational system emphasizing mentorship and holistic learning. He has pursued his academic passions vigorously, earning a Master’s degree in both Yoga and Linguistics, and he possesses extensive knowledge of various Shastras and Vedas. His PhD research delves into the history of Yoga and intricate and varied aspects of the practice, revealing his deep commitment to expanding the understanding and application of this ancient discipline.

Acharya has shared his expertise and insights for many years by teaching at numerous organizations and universities, leaving a lasting impression on his students. To date, he has imparted his knowledge to thousands, inspiring them to explore the depths of Yoga and its transformative potential in their lives.

Asana

Meditation

Pranayama

Elevate prana-shakti through yogic breath and vital energy control within the body, utilizing techniques such as Ujjayi, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Anuloma Viloma, Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari, Sheetkari, Sitali, and Khumbhka to enhance self-awareness and clear physical and emotional obstacles.

Mantra

Experience the sacred Sanskrit sounds and vibrational energy of Mantra to open the heart, elevate consciousness, access deeper levels of awareness of ourselves and others, and create a deep connection with the Divine.

Japa

Cultivate a sense of inner peace through the repetition of powerful mantras combined with meditation to focus the mind, enhance concentration, and deepen one's spiritual connection.

Mudra

Direct the flow of subtle energy (prana) throughout the body and deepen the mind-body connection, promoting healing, emotional balance, focus, and mental clarity.

Tantra

Begin an exploration of the rich and complex spiritual tradition of Tantra, which is interwoven into the fabric of Yoga and encompasses a wide range of practices, teachings, and philosophies. Explore the interconnectedness of the universe and the individual self, fostering inner awakening, spiritual realization, and a profound connection to the cosmos and the Divine.

Bandha

Learn to direct the power of the four energy locks, Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha, and Maha Bandha, within the energy body via the Nadis. Bandhas purify the channels, remove blockages, and create lightness, harmonizing and balancing the Self.
