Traditional Hatha Yoga Practice
The early morning practice introduces you to the traditional style of Hatha Yoga. This practice develops gradually from the first week to the last, with intensity increasing from intermediate to advanced levels.
You will discover the Subtle Alignments of every asana, along with variations, techniques, and tips for practice, as well as different levels of teaching the same asanas, which are explored daily in Asana Clinic. As a skilled Hatha Yoga Teacher, guiding your students with an understanding of basic anatomy and biomechanics will ensure that they practice safely.
You will also explore and practice hands-on adjustments. Learning to evaluate your students’ diverse needs and respond with gentle consensual assistance is an essential aspect of becoming an effective Hatha Yoga teacher.
You will also focus on developing your self-practice, an important aspect that many busy yoga teachers overlook. You will work on cultivating and experiencing the personal practice of Hatha Yoga, which serves as the foundation for becoming a Hatha Yoga teacher.
