Ayurveda Food
Eating together is one of the best ways to connect with others. During our meal time, we connect, laugh, share stories and often practice silent meals too.
Sattvic Indian food is served during Yoga Teacher Training. It is suitable for our students’ yoga practice and aids in detoxifying the body for yogic practices. In addition to its nutritional value, we aim to provide a taste of the local cuisine of Haryana.
We don’t offer meat, fish, or eggs, as they are considered stimulating or lethargic for yogic practices. The yogic food is seasoned with mild spices, which are integral to the Ayurvedic diet.
All food is prepared with filtered water in our clean and spacious kitchen, where we prioritize the hygiene of all food items and cooks.
Students who prefer vegan and gluten-free diets can easily find options here. For breakfast, you will enjoy brown bread, muesli, and cornflakes with fruits, while lunch and dinner include salads, vegetables, lentils, beans, rice, and wheat items, along with soups and desserts on occasion.
We design the menu to soothe the body and mind while you detox during the intensive courses, which generate significantly more heat in both the body and mind, enhancing your intense yoga practice.
All foods are served buffet-style, allowing you to take as much as you want.
